Fingerprint Door Locks? NO thank you!

Lots of cool gadgets over at Ubergizmo. Today it is a fingerprint door lock. 

After seeing this episode 59 of the Mythbusters, I am not very enthusiastic about fingerprint door locks. If you saw it yourself, you know why! The door lock they tested was beaten. When they figured out how to beat it, they did so time and time again, using different tactics. 

But back to ubergizmos featured door lock! It comes with a set of cool features - all to help entering the room! What about the built in heat-sensor that automatically unlocks the door in case of a fire?

Nice, I can see burglars bringing their Butan torch instead, and heat the door. Ka-ching - it unlocks!

Just keep your fingers away from the glowing door knob! 

Do you really need to get away from the unlocking key-card? Perhaps RFID would be a better choice? Or would you keep forgetting the RFID chip as often as you do your keys?
