Weekend laugh - leaving the Airport security
Ah, sorry, I will not leave Airport security behind. This one is about leaving the airport when you have arrived at your destination. This weekends laugh is from Bruce Schneier (not a fan of airport security neither, it seems).
Somehow Bruce is great at spotting the small details. Like the comment from TSA that
"Passengers [...] will have to go through screening again when they reach their destinations"
Nice one, TSA.
Perhaps the bad guys got second thoughts, and didn't want to leave any bombs behind? Or they decided that now that they had actually gotten through the security in the first place, it was no fun anymore?
If the planes where headed for Norway, it could be the Customs who wanted the second screening - we are very reluctant to allow people to enter here with more than one bottle of wine.
Midway through 2010 the recovery in the corporate governance recruitment market that was evident at the start of the year is now firmly established. As recruitment consultants we have been genuinely surprised at the strength of the recovery. The recovery is focused on the financial sector and is a result of both renewed growth in the sector and greater regulatory oversight. Investment in corporate governance has clearly become a priority.
