The perfect report - how do you make it?

Making project reports, meeting reports and reports in general involves a large amount of work. Many reports are thrown together days, weeks or months after the event was concluded.

This training targets groups and teams who need to present a report of the work. It teaches you how to make a report, and make sure it is finished at the same time the project is over. It teaches you the secrets to succesfull and impressive report making.

What you learn:

  • Report basics
  • Report rules
  • Determine your audience
  • Plan the report
  • The two phases of making the report
  • Presenting the report to your President earlier than ever before!

The training is conducted in 3 -5 hours. It is suited for groups from 8 to 30. Larger groups == more time.

This training requires a training team of minimum three people in addition to the main trainer. The team requires a 30 minute special training in advance. The team must consist of:

  • a photographer with digital camera
  • a referee - who is fast at writing, need a laptop
  • a Report manager, with laptop and printer.

The materials needed for this training are:

  • two laptops with word
  • a digital camera, and photoediting software
  • A printer - color is prefered
  • Flipcharts - up to 10 sheets per person
  • pens for flipcharts
  • notebooks and pens
  • PostIt notes
  • Projector
  • Sticky goo - the rubber stuff to hang flipcharts on walls

Location requirements:

  • One room with space for all participants
  • Walls for hanging flipcharts
  • Smaller rooms or areas for group tasks

Local assistant trainer is welcomed and apreciated! Local team of minimum three is required.
