IS II: Crisis management

Have you ever managed a high-profile, high risk project? And halfway through, you recieve information that splits your team, and threatens to destroy your project? Do you want to learn how to make sure your project continues, and still enable you to investigate the information?

This training teaches you how to successfully continue your project, and teaches you how to ensure the quality and focus of your team, while investigating and determine risk aspekts that threatens your project.

The training is a mix of exercises (group + individual), lectures and examples.

The training builds on IS I, and covers:

• Risk managment - what??
• Crisis management - best practice
• Running in paralell - ensuring the quality

The training is conducted in 3 -5 hours. It is suited for groups from 8 to 30. Larger groups == more time.

Materials needed:

• Flipcharts - up to 10 sheets per person
• pens for flipcharts
• notebooks and pens
• PostIt notes
• Projector
• Sticky goo - the rubber stuff to hang flipcharts on walls

Location requirements:

• One room with space for all participants
• Walls for hanging flipcharts
• Smaller rooms or areas for group tasks
